  • KuberBox is fully liable for the jewellery until it reaches you.
  • Import duty, VAT, and customs fees are your responsibility. Check your country's import regulations before ordering. We cannot predict or control these fees.
  • All packages are shipped in tamper-proof security envelopes with full insurance.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • A valid phone number is required for every international order.
  • Automated tracking updates are sent to your email and phone at every stage.
  • International orders do not qualify for 30-Day Returns or Lifetime Exchange. We do accept repair or replacement requests for manufacturing defects — return shipping costs are borne by you.
  • KuberBox may cancel and fully refund your order if we cannot service your address or if the product is unavailable.
  • Payment must be in foreign currency (not INR) for all international shipping addresses.
  • A 4.5% currency conversion charge applies to Razorpay international payments to offset gateway fees.

International Order FAQs

How do I pay for an international order?
Pay via Razorpay in any accepted foreign currency: AUD, GBP, CAD, EUR, HKD, NZD, SGD, or USD. If the online checkout doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll send a direct Razorpay payment link. You do not need a Razorpay account — click "Pay as Guest" on the Razorpay page.
I'm outside India but want delivery inside India. Can I pay in INR?
Yes — if the delivery address is in India, you can pay in INR using any Indian card or payment method on our website's payment gateway.
I'm in India but want to send to someone abroad. Can I pay in INR?
Unfortunately no. International orders with a foreign delivery address require payment in foreign currency due to export regulations. Some customers have asked friends or family abroad to make the payment on their behalf.
If I order multiple products, do I pay shipping twice?
No. We merge all products into one shipment and you pay the shipping charge only once, regardless of how many items are in the order.
Why is there a 4.5% surcharge on Razorpay payments?
Razorpay charges approximately 10% on international card transactions (gateway fee + currency conversion). To offset this while keeping it fair, we pass on 4.5% to international buyers. This is standard practice for international e-commerce payments.
My Razorpay payment is failing. What should I do?
Common reasons:
• You may be using an Indian card (only international cards accepted for foreign addresses)
• Your bank may have blocked the transaction as unusual — call your bank to authorise it
• You may have reached a spending limit on your card
• The billing address on file with Razorpay may not match your card

Why do I have to pay import duty? What if I don't?
Import duties are levied by your country's customs authority when imported goods arrive. This is a government charge, not a KuberBox charge. If you don't pay the import fees, your package will be held by customs and eventually returned to us. In this case, KuberBox cannot issue a refund for the order or shipping charges.
Can I return or cancel an international order?
International orders cannot be cancelled or returned. However, we do accept repair and replacement requests for manufacturing defects — you'll need to bear the cost of shipping the item back to India and the re-shipping cost.
