Shipping & Delivery

How will my order be shipped?
Once your made-to-order piece is ready and certified, we pack it in a branded KuberBox box and ship it through reliable, insured courier companies. Every delivery is transit insured. For made-to-order pieces, expect 10–15 business days total. For Ready to Ship items, 4–6 business days after dispatch. You'll receive SMS and email updates at every stage.
What if my order gets lost or misplaced during shipping?
Though extremely rare, if your order is lost in transit, we will reship it at zero additional cost. Our responsibility doesn't end at dispatch — it ends when the piece is safely in your hands. All orders are fully insured for exactly this reason.
How can I track my order?
Log into your account and check "My Orders", or use our order tracking page without logging in. You'll also receive automated SMS and email updates at every stage of fulfilment and delivery.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes — KuberBox ships to 200+ countries worldwide. We offer Economy (India Post, 7–30 days, ₹2,498) and Premium (FedEx/UPS/DHL, 4–5 days, ₹3,498) international shipping options. See our full International Shipping page for rates, customs information, and FAQs.
Is shipping free in India?
Yes, completely free across all Indian pin codes — including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. No minimum order value. We deliver to 22,000+ pin codes.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes. Gold and diamond jewellery carries a lifetime exchange guarantee — no expiry date. You can also return any non-customised piece within 30 days for a 100% refund, no questions asked. Silver jewellery can be returned within 30 days; it does not carry a lifetime exchange. See full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
My nose ring inner diameter doesn't fit. What do I do?
Not a problem. For non-customised nose rings, you can return within 30 days — we'll arrange free doorstep pickup. Alternatively, we can resize the piece for you. If resizing changes the gold or diamond weight, a small additional charge applies, but we'll confirm the exact cost before proceeding.
My ring doesn't fit — can I get it resized?
Absolutely. We provide free ring resizing. Contact us, we'll arrange a pickup. Once at our workshop, we'll resize and reship back to you insured. No cost to you within 30 days.
Will I get a 100% refund? Are there any deductions?
Yes — 100% refund, zero deductions, including no courier charges. The only exception: if a free gift or promotional discount was applied, the MRP value of that gift is adjusted from the refund (unless you return the gift too).
How long does the return process take?
Pickup: Within 24 hours of your request
Transit to our warehouse: 2–4 business days
Quality check: 24 hours after receipt
Refund processed: 24–48 hours after quality check
Reflects in your account: 5–7 additional business days (bank processing)

Total: typically 7–10 business days from request to money in your account.
Who pays for the return courier?
KuberBox does — within the first 30 days, pickup is completely free. After 30 days, for lifetime exchanges, a ₹1,000 pickup fee applies.

Product, Quality & Certification

How do I know the gold is genuine?
Every KuberBox gold piece carries a BIS Hallmark — India's government-issued guarantee of gold purity. 14K means 14K. 18K means 18K. This is independently verified, not self-certified.
How do I know the diamond quality is genuine?
Every diamond is certified by an internationally accredited third-party lab. The certificate details the diamond's cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight — verified independently, not by KuberBox. We don't self-certify our own goods.
What gold karats and colours are available?
We offer 9K, 14K, 18K, and 22K gold across three colours — Yellow Gold, White Gold, and Rose Gold. Available options vary by product. Select your preference on the product page before ordering.
Can I customise a piece?
Yes — customisation is one of KuberBox's core strengths. You can customise gold purity, gold colour, diamond grade, and for certain pieces, inner diameter, gauge, and name/initial engraving. Contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods are accepted?
For Indian orders: credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay. For international orders: international credit/debit cards in foreign currency (AUD, GBP, CAD, EUR, HKD, NZD, SGD, USD) via Razorpay. INR payments are not accepted for international shipping addresses.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for domestic Indian orders. For COD refunds, bank account details must match the first name and last name on the order billing details. For partial-COD orders, the online-paid portion refunds to the original source; the COD portion is refunded via a secure link to your bank or UPI.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Domestic orders can be cancelled before manufacturing begins. Please contact us as soon as possible at yourfriends@kuberbox.com or +91 120 690 2222. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation is not possible — but you can return the piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. International orders cannot be cancelled.
I see prices in my local currency — is the price accurate?
Yes. Our website automatically detects your location and displays prices in your local currency. You can also manually switch currencies using the selector at the top-left of the screen (desktop) or from the menu (mobile).
